EASY TO USE: The battery-powered lift has a height range of 24"-74" that allows lifting from floor and high surfaces, and is controlled by the ergonomic hand pendant. Padded swivel bar with 360-degree rotation for added comfort and convenience.
WEIGHT CAPACITY: The sturdy lift supports up to 450 lbs., making potentially challenging transfers smooth.
ELECTRONIC SYSTEM AND SAFETY: The lift includes two 24-volt batteries: one for the lift, one for a battery-charging station; a manual emergency lowering device; and an anti-entrapment feature if the boom meets any resistance while lowering.
SLINGS: The Reliant battery-powered lift series has a wide range of slings available. From full-body slings to commode toileting slings there are many options suited to fit the needs of a wide range of individuals.

Delivery Info
We know you've got a lot of choices when it comes to shipping companies, but we're proud that our customers can count on us for fast delivery. We offer standard FedEx/UPS/USPS rates and all orders are shipped within 24 hours.
If you place an order after 12:00 p.m. Eastern time on a Friday, your shipment will not ship out until Monday morning. We offer overnight and Saturday delivery options but they're not available for orders placed on Friday evenings or over the weekend.
The following are options for delivery and estimated transit times.
Economy: 7-10 business days.
Standard: 3-5 business days.
Expedited: 2-3 business days.
International Orders
Currently, we are partnered with UPS to service our international customers. We have additional charges related to shipping, duties or tax that you can review before completing your purchase.
International Restrictions
International shipping is not always a breeze, but fortunately we've got you covered with our comprehensive list of restrictions. If an item on your shopping cart has size or customs issues that prevent it from being shipped internationally then just click " remove" in order to remove them before checking out.
Return Policy
When you purchase from PrimeEliteMed, your satisfaction is guaranteed! You have a whole month to try out our product and decide whether or not it's right for you. If there are any issues with the item within that time frame whatsoever—whether its lack of performance as described by manufacturer specifications; an issue caused through user error such as improper setup/handling during shipping -we'll accept returns on those items upon request providing they're unused AND returned back into stock at our warehouse within 30 days after receipt date.
All products are subject to examination and approval by PrimeEliteMed. If you want a return on your purchase, make sure to reach out to us to see your order is eligible for one!
We must be notified of the return within 7 days of your receipt of the product.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we'll accept returns on any product for up tp 30 days after the date it was shipped. All items must original packaging and have not been opened or tampered with in anyway before they can qualify as being eligible returnees--we're sorry but there are no exceptions!
If the return was due to an error of ours (for instance, we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
Your credit card will be refunded for the shipping, or store credit can be issued to you.
If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs plus a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Package returned to us marked "Refused", "Undeliverable", or otherwise, are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee (This is solely to recoup our losses from charges we incur when this happens). If a package is lost or misdirected due to an incorrectly input address, PrimeEliteMed is completely not responsible. We have no control over addresses typed on the checkout pages. Please make sure you have typed in the correct address.

Special Circumstances
Shipping Damage:
If your purchase arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible to initiate a parcel damage claim. To expedite your claim, please email Orders@PrimeEliteMed.com with photographs of the package and damaged contents. *Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes.
Some items are marked "Non- returnable" Non-returnable Items, except as required by law:
Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days of us receiving the product back. During the busy holiday season, please allow up to two weeks for a credit to be issued.
Please don't forget to include your order number with any return!
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled as long as they have not been processed - usually the next business day. During the Holiday Season (Dec. 8th thru Dec. 25th) we cannot cancel orders once they are placed. Please contact Customer Service by email Orders@PrimeEliteMed.com to see if your order has not yet been processed and can still be canceled.
